MANIAX Axe Throwing Canberra Location Giveaway – Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: The MANIAX Axe Throwing Canberra Location Giveaway (the "Competition") is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and residents of Australia. Employees of MANIAX Axe Throwing and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
2. Competition Period: The Competition begins on 5/02/24 and ends on 29/02/24 (the "Competition Period"). Entries submitted after the specified closing date will not be considered.
3. How to Enter: To enter the Competition, participants must "Like" our post on facebook and fill their contact details via the form provided on www.maniax.com.au website.
4. Prize Details: The prize consists of a private axe throwing session for 6 people at MANIAX Axe Throwing Canberra Location, valued at almost $400. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and is only valid at the Canberra location. The session includes 2 hours of axe throwing in a double target lane, hosted by one of MANIAX Axe Throwing's axe experts. The winner is responsible for bringing a total of 6 people for the session.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will take place within 1 day after the end of the Competition Period. The winner will be notified via [email/Facebook message] and announced on MANIAX Axe Throwing's official social media channels.
6. Prize Redemption: The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize within this period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
7. Publicity: By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Competition and MANIAX Axe Throwing, without any further compensation.
8. General Terms:
- MANIAX Axe Throwing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.
- MANIAX Axe Throwing is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical problems or malfunctions.

- MANIAX Axe Throwing's decision regarding the winner and all other aspects of the Competition is final and binding.
