SCHOOL EXCURSION conditions

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Full payment required 7 days prior.
The booking date can be rescheduled (subject to availability) until 7 days prior to the scheduled date of visit.
Additional participants are subject to lane availability.
Minimum lane fees apply.
Full group cancellations are non-refundable once payment has been made. A minimum charge equivalent to 20 students applies to all school bookings and is non-refundable.We understand that participant numbers may change. Adjustments to attendance numbers can be made on the day of the booking; however, refunds will only be provided for students exceeding the minimum booking requirement of 20 participants (if applicable).
