SCHOOL EXCURSION conditions

A minimum charge equivalent to 20 students applies to all school bookings.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Full payment of the remaining balance is due 7 days before your excursion.
It is your responsibility to confirm final numbers 7 days before your excursion. If we don’t hear from you, the numbers on the booking are treated as final and the balance becomes payable.
Additional students are welcome subject to lane availability - please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate the increase.
One date transfer is permitted if requested more than 7 days before your excursion, for a new date within 3 months of the original booking, subject to availability. A second change, or a move requested within 7 days, is treated as a cancellation and the deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the excursion are fully refundable, including the deposit.
Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the excursion forfeit the 30% deposit; any balance already paid is refunded.
Once numbers confirmed at 7 days, the full balance becomes payable and the booking is non-refundable. Cancellations inside 7 days forfeit the full amount paid to date.
