How to Find your booking

1. Select your booking venue above
   
2. Enter the email or phone number used for your booking
3. You'll receive a verification code via email or SMS
4. Enter the code to securely log in
5. Go to the 'My Tickets' tab and select your booking
6. Select 'Edit Booking' to update your changes

Reschedule Your Booking

1. Click 'Reschedule'
   
2. Choose your new date and/or time
3. Click 'Reschedule X items'
4. Continue through the checkout and click 'Update Booking' to confirm and save

Change Guest Numbers or Food

1. Click 'Edit qty'
   
2. Adjust the number of guests*
3. Update or reselect any food options
4. Continue through the checkout and click 'Update Booking' to confirm and save

Important things to Know

• All changes are subject to availability
  
• Changes may need to be made at least 24 hours in advance
• No refunds are given if guest numbers decrease. If you reduce your guest numbers you will need to add extras (e.g. food, drinks, or merch) to match or exceed your originial booking value.
• If you can't find your booking, please check your spam folder or search 'MANIAX' in your inbox.
