The MANIAX Marathon: Where Legends Are Made
Axe throwing isn't just a killer date night or corporate event - it's a competitive sport with Leagues and tournaments taking place across Australia and around the globe. MANIAX throwers have competed at the highest levels of the international circuit, and our league community is one of the most active in the world.
A standard league season runs over six weeks, but sometimes the Viking gods demand more. Enter the MANIAX Marathon: an entire league season crammed into one glorious, axe-filled day. It's nine hours of competition, camaraderie, triumph, heartbreak, personal bests and questionable life choices.
Starting from around 9:00 AM, throwers battle through a full season's worth of matches under official rules, chasing milestones, bragging rights and, ultimately, glory. Whether you're a first-time thrower or a seasoned league veteran, the Marathon is open to all skill levels. House axes are available, and our experienced league runners and crew will be there every step of the way to help you unleash your inner Viking.
